Our experienced and highly skilled in-house chartering team identifies and assesses employment opportunities by negotiating and concluding fixtures (Chartering Contracts).by negotiating and concluding all type of fixtures (Chartering Contracts), with deep knowledge of all legal related aspects relating to Charter Parties and laytime calculations. Vessels are chartered out to major oil companies, utilities, mines, steel mills, grain houses, operators and international commodity traders around the globe, in a mixed employment strategy of short to long period charters depending on the chosen investment process.

Our long track-record of successfully entering and exiting both new and existing vessel positions enables our sale and purchase team to identify and select assets with top financial liquidity and lowest operational risks once the investment committee has established a desirable portfolio structure and associated vessel types and ages.

We are in constant contact with competitive brokers, ship owners and shipyards worldwide to determine attractive market opportunities for our investors.

Accounting

Our team ensures a safe system of payments and freight invoicing, arranges full accounts books on live basis and issue financial statements (IFRS and GAAP compliant) internally audited and ready for external audits. The team follows a strict policy for sensible data protection.

Insurance

The goal of the insurance and claims department is to identify and map all the risks involved in the daily running of the vessels/fleet and to manage them efficiently and effectively.

Our highly competent insurance and claims team is responsible for the company’s insurance arrangements; developing, negotiating and maintaining all classes of insurance from Hull and Machinery,

Protection and Indemnity and any other complimentary or supplementary policies which may be required or market dictated for the safe trading of the fleet.

Our team of technical superintendents ensure that the company’s fleet adheres to the highest quality standards; and that vessel equipment, machinery and systems are excellently maintained & safely operated, always in compliance with mandatory rules, regulations and internal procedures / policies.

New Buildings / Technology

Our newbuildings team collaborates with top quality shipyards, manufacturers and classification societies worldwide, in the design and construction of newbuildings and retrofits of existing assets; collectively with focus on new technologies and with the primary aim of reducing our environmental footprint.

Our Naval Architects and Mechanical Engineers periodically review, identify and implement the latest technologies required to enhance & optimize safety, environmental sustainability and energy conservation.

Safety

Our Safety team is responsible for ensuring that the company meets HSQEE Management System targets of operational excellence and is ultimately accountable for all issues related to health, safety, quality, environment and energy, maintaining a management system that consistently adheres to ISO-9001, ISO- 14001, ISO-50001, ISM Code and MLC 2006, as well as customer guidelines.

Marine

Our Master Mariners ensure the safe and efficient navigation of managed vessels and cargoes delivery; monitoring and mitigating possible navigational risks by conducting real time audits.

Training

The company has a structured training system in place, fully certified by flag administrations and classification societies, through which training courses are conducted in accordance with IMO modules and statutory standards and accompanied by the use of state of the art in-house training equipment (bridge and engine simulators).

Security
